Refund Policy

1. Introduction

This Refund Policy applies to the users ("You," "Your") of the Valor AI WhatsApp chatbot service ("Service") provided by VALOR AI (PTY) LTD ("VALOR AI," "We," "Us," or "Our"). It outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be requested and granted.


2. Refund Eligibility

Credits purchased for use with the Service are generally not refundable. However, if you believe that you have a valid reason for a refund, you may present your case by sending an email to support@valorai.co.za. Refunds for credits will be issued at the discretion of our refund department, and we will aim to be fair in our assessment.


3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please send an email to support@valorai.co.za, clearly stating why you believe your credits should be refunded. Include any relevant details that support your case.


4. Fees and Charges

Please note that there is a non-refundable service fee of 30% applied to all refunds. In addition, there is a 5% currency conversion fee that is non-refundable. These fees will be deducted from the refund amount.


5. Payment Method for Refunds

Only debit card and credit card payments will be eligible for refunds. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase.


6. Additional Notes

The 5% currency conversion fee mentioned in point 4 is non-refundable and will be applied as necessary based on your original payment currency.
